Important news regarding our guided tours through the brewery

Due to infrastructural works in our production environment, following the installation of a new filling and packaging line, we will no longer organise tours of the brewery.

Our ambition is to open a completely new visitor experience in the spring of 2023, where you can discover the story behind our beer. Would you like to be kept informed of the opening of this new experience? Then quickly subscribe to our newsletter.

In the meantime, you can of course always visit Brewery Kazematten in Ypres. Follow the link below and book your seats right away.

Would you like to find out what happens behind the scenes at our brewery?

Over the past few years we have completely transformed our brewery. A hop field was planted right next to the brewery. We also built an entire brand-new wing with space for two large warehouses, a brewery shop, a reception area, new facilities for meetings and events and, to top it all off, 'Bar Bernard' was launched, our roof top bar that also serves as a tasting room from which you enjoy splendid 360° views of the surrounding region.

Guided tours are available to single visitors as well as groups in a choice of languages: Dutch, English and French. You can use the button below to book your guided tour now.

There are two exceptions to the rule: if your group comprises of more than 30 guests or if their main language is French, please fill out this application form and we will answer your request soon.

The tour

After a welcome in the main reception area your guide will show you around the brewery, the bottling plant and the brewing hall. The tour concludes with a tasting in Bar Bernard and a visit to the brewery shop.
