Brewery Tour
For visitors with limited mobility
Our Brewery Tour is accessible for wheelchair users and other less able-bodied visitors.
There is an elevator platform that you can use to get to the start of the tour on the first floor. A platform is also available at the end of the tour to take you back to the ground floor near our brewery shop. However, our new brewery hall is not wheelchair accessible due to a number of unbridgeable differences in height. Information about the new brewery hall is therefore provided in an alternative way.
Throughout the tour, you will find several places where you can sit down.
The sanitary facilities near the entrance to the Brewery Tour have been adapted to accommodate persons with limited mobility.
Please note that the entrance to the Brewery Tour is not the entrance to the shop or Bar Bernard. Depending on where you’re parked, you may have to cross a section of cobblestone paving. More information about this can be found on our how to get there page.
Persons with a hearing impairment
All our displays have been provided with texts where necessary, and our videos have subtitling. The text on our audio guides is also available on paper. This free booklet can be obtained at the start of the Brewery Tour.
Persons with a visual impairment
Certified seeing-eye and other guide dogs are welcome to accompany visitors with a visual impairment.
Bar Bernard
Our rooftop bar is located on the third floor. Bar Bernard can be reached by lift from the ground floor as well as the underground car park. Sanitary facilities adapted to accommodate visitors with limited mobility are located in the bar and on the second floor. Both guide dogs and ‘regular’ dogs are welcome, on condition that they remain on a leash. Please read our house rules concerning dogs.
Guesthouse Brouwershuis
Our Guesthouse is not accessible to wheelchair users. The rooms can only be accessed by stairs. Please take this into consideration when booking. No pets allowed.
Shop
Our brewery shop is located on the ground floor and can also be accessed by lift from the underground car park. Adapted sanitary facilities are located in Bar Bernard and on the second floor.
Meetings & events
Our meeting and event rooms are located on the second floor. These rooms can be reached by lift from the ground floor as well as the underground car park. Adapted sanitary facilities are located in Bar Bernard and on the second floor.
