Does your party consist of more than 30 people? We're happy to organise a group visit for you on a date of your choice. You can choose with or without a catering package in the bar.
Good to know:
• The route of the Brewery Tour can be followed at your own pace. We have designed a so-called “self-guided tour”, so that all words, images and sounds are automatically played or start when you want. If you wish, a private guide* can also be booked, who will guide you through the tour.
• Please note that a maximum of 30 people can enter the Brewery Tour every half hour, i.e. a group larger than 30 people will be split over different time slots.
• In the event of cancellation of a group visit, the cancellation conditions apply.
Group packages
Morning + lunch
• Arrival is scheduled between 10:30 and 11:00.
• Brewery Tour with audio guide or St.Bernardus private guide*.
• Tasting in Bar Bernard of St.Bernardus (2 × 15 cl) on draught, water or apple juice.
• Lunch in Bar Bernard:
🍽️ Beef stew prepared in St.Bernardus Abt 12 with fries and salad. Includes St. Bernardus Tripel and Prior 8 (75 cl) and water. Includes coffee or tea.
🥖 Option appetizer (€10 per person): sharing boards with local cheeses, charcuterie and bread.
🍨 Option dessert (€8 per person): chocolate mousse or vanilla-speculoos ice cream.
• Each participant receives a €5 discount voucher to choose a gift in the Flagshipstore after the Brewery Tour or lunch.
• Departure is scheduled between 14:00 and 15:00. If the sharing food and/or dessert option is taken, this may be 30-40 minutes later.

• Maximum 30 people per guide.
• €50 per hour from the agreed-upon hour.
• Must be booked at least 14 days in advance..
• Available only on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Drivers and supervisors
• One free Brewery Tour visit (valid on the same day) per 30 people.
• From 50 persons onwards the driver eats free too (same formula as the group).
Special wishes
• Please let us know dietary requirements and allergies at least 1 week in advance.
Afternoon
• Arrival is scheduled at 13:00, 14:00 or 15:30.
• Brewery Tour with audio guide or St.Bernardus private guide*.
• Tasting in Bar Bernard of St.Bernardus (2 × 15 cl) on draught, water or apple juice.
• As a snack we serve Watou cheese and artisan dry sausage in Bar Bernard.
🥖 Option sharing food (€15 per person): sharing boards with local cheeses, charcuterie and bread.

• Departure is scheduled at 15:00, 16:00 or 17:30. With the sharing food option departure may be 30-45 minutes later.
