Pouring ritual
Step 1
Clean your St.Bernardus glass and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Step 2
Put your glass down and pour the beer slowly and steadily just off center of the glass.
Step 3
Once hall-full, lift your bottle slightly higher over the glass, creating a thick head of foam.
